Christmas Eve
Here are some Christmas Eve pictures. Christmas Day pictures will be coming. We had a very enjoyable Christmas Eve with the Martin side. Christmas is coming!
It was a fun and fast week. Ivan got to spend the night over at his grandmas and grandpas house. He was very excited, and didn’t do to bad either, with the exception of waking up early in the morning, and having to sleep with his grandma and grandpa. I don’t know if you can say grandma and grandpa got any sleep, Ivan is a bit of a kicker when he sleeps.
Saylea had a pajama party at school and was so excited. I don’t have any of the pictures to post yet, but as soon as I do I will post them. A colleague of mine has a daughter in Saylea’s class and was able to take a few pictures; I will get them from her some time after Christmas break. She is so excited because she talked to Santa on the phone a couple of weeks ago and she got him to tell her that she is getting a digital camera for Christmas. She has wanted one for quite some time now. She has been practicing with Bea’s phone and our camera. Here is a picture that she took with our camera. I must be a little too chubby to fit in the picture!
Uncle Zach has come over a couple of nights to play with the kids. They just LOVE uncle Zach, he plays with them and it looks like Dora too. We wanted to post our Christmas picture as well. We are very excited about Christmas, and want to wish everyone that we won’t be able to see this Christmas, a very happy and safe holiday, and may you experience the love and peace Christmas brings.

Working Out
Saylea and Ivan enjoy "working out" after they watch Bea on the treadmill. We have had a busy week and have enjoyed the Christmas Spirit. South Wood County recieved some bad news when Domtar announced the closing of a paper mill and 500 employees losing their jobs. We all remain optimistic and won't forget that this is the Season of Hope. It is far too early to analyze the effects this will have on South Wood County. We hope that everyone is healthy and happy and wish you the best in your final preparations for Christmas. We are all very excited that Uncle Zach is coming home to visit for Christmas. The kids can hardly wait to see him. Keep watching because we plan to try and post something every week end.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
We had a good time tonight celebrating Ivan's birthday. He is now three years old! I can hardly believe it. It was nice spending time with family. Ivan got way too many toys and Saylea can hardly wait for her birthday. Cade is such a good little boy, he is really starting to get big. Bea is sick and fortunately is now taking some antibiotics. I hope she starts to feel better soon, so I won't have to do as much around the house :) She wanted to write this blog with me tonight, but I made her go and get some rest. The kids are really excited about Christmas this year which makes it very fun for us as well. It has been really easy getting into the Christmas spirit this year because they are so excited. I hope you enjoy the pictures

Saylea and Ivan playing in the leaves a few weeks ago. They are excited about playing in the snow. We will have to post some pictures of them in the snow a little later.
This is our little boy. He is gettting so big.
